Response to RE: Help with hydrangea

I have a few Rooted Cuttings of Blue hydrangea, I potted them back in April, also added some Organic Plant Food, (6-5-3), and so far they don't show any sign of growth, could that have caused a problem or could it be the weather or coming from a different climate zone slowed them down, I read different articles that said Hydrangeas are fast growers, Mine sure aren't growing fast, they're not growing at all.
