Response to Zoysia Grass

I don't know where you live, but if it is N of the Mason-Dixon Line, do not plant. It will go dormant sometime in Sept./Oct. and stay that way till May/June. Zoysia is a very humid southern grass.

Here is something for thought: how about planting Nepeta (Cat Mint). One variety grows only 1 in. tall. Think about NO mowing, low watering once established.

A thought?

A signed copy of my book, "Easy Plant Propagation" is a great gift idea!
