Mold in propagation

Your problem is over watering of the growing media. Seed media need only to be moist, NOT saturated. Water the soil media to moist at a depth equal to the seed is planted i.e. planted 1/4 in, water 1/2 in. As the seeds germinate, increase the watering depth.
