Pear Tree

I want to ask about my pear tree. I planted this tree four years
> ago and it is growing well. Since the last year and this year as well,
> it grew small pears but they fall off the tree before they ripe.
> The leaves of the tree have started becoming burnt with very tiny small dots on the leaves.
