Killing "Tumac"

You might try using a sponge type paintbrush dipped in concentrated Roundup. If spraying roundup on it killed the sprouts, then getting a more concentrated dose on all the plants should get rid of all the roots. Roundup is supposed to kill by destroying roots. On some very tough trees, it is a matter of repeat spraying several times to completely destroy all the root system. Hope this helps.
