Have been out of town over the last weekend and slow in getting back in the groove at all the spots I visit. I can see the frustration you face in wanting to put a book out while knowing the resistance you face breaking through to the field you wish to revolutionize... I sympathize. All I can advise is for you to put it out anyway. Just know that you will reach open minds and may even help them to circumvent the close-mindedness of many you're trying to reach.
