There are perhaps many types of people, but I believe there are two basic types:
1. That person who is more accepting and less critical of what he/she is exposed to, who is more likely to remain with something before deciding how he/she "feels" about the thing.
2. That person who refuses to touch something until one is quite sure as to what it is, and whether or not it is OK to embrace or even allow to be thought about.
My suspicion is that the second type has "learned" cautiousness from spending time in some hell for excess dabling in things that one ought not to have been involved in. My opinion in this is of course from my own sense... ha ha.
