I sent a donation already-I figured with six new rescues, Ellee could use some help and all of those 5 Golden puppies that were bought from the flea market have good homes.Woo hoo! All have other dogs and most have other Goldens to play with.

I'm always hearing of shelters or even individual dogs who need vet money. There is a lady in NOLA who has done small time rescue work for years.She's no Spring chicken and she has non-profit status. I met her at my vet because she is always bringing in her rescues- not just dogs either. If anyone wants her info it's

Maybe I should add that you might consider giving to no kill shelters if you do send a few dollars to help animals. I know they all need money but I don't want to give money to kill animals, rather to give them a better life, like this one:
