He is not an "awwww" dog, but he's my heart! He has recently developed fear of thunder and storms. And he HATES the camera!!!

Whenever I utter the word "exercise" I will rinse my mouth with chocolate!

That thunder fear is such a problem. Firecrackers are a pain, too. Max showed us he dislikes the camera flash the other day- reacted as if it was lightning. He's twelve and that's something new.

is by accident. He has always shied away from the camera and totally despises (and fears) the flash. He is not too fond of firecrackers, either. He is 10.5 years old and only recently displayed the thunderstorm reaction. He's always shown his dislike of cameras and firecrackers since puppyhood.

And, yes he has a sweet face and when he loves and trusts someone he is very affectionate. It took three years of occasional visits and a bag of doggie treats for him to get close to Rita. But, now he thinks she's pretty darn cool!

but he's a silly dog! I love him but he drives me nuts! Recently started being afraid of thunder and rainstorms. But, he's also a great little buddy who thinks I'm the bestest person in the whole world (until his Auntie M comes over and gives him a treat, then SHE'S the bestest person).
