... even wolves, lions and tigers in the wild are said to nibble on greenery occasionally; and our cat, 'Missy' enjoys a little lettuce once or twice a week. She used to eat grass outside occasionally but is now, at 18, a full-time indoor cat.

'Missy' has become very choosy with advancing years. She insists on fresh iceberg lettuce only, which she likes finely shredded - and seems to prefer in a vertical presentation on a special little white, contemporary-style dish separate from her daily catfood.
