EPROM programmer for Plus/4

Hi!
Has anyone even heard about an Eprom programmer for the Plus/4 ? If so, is there a place to grab the schematics or PCB and the software ?
I was wondering if on some magazines any PCB's for doing home-made Plus/4 cartridges were ever published.
