Championship Title Rules

Each title has a set time you can carry it. This is referred to as the Title Time Limit (TTL). Each Championship has it’s own unique rules and TTL.

Title Time Limit (TTL):

The use of a TTL is used to keep players from holding titles for too long, or too short of a time frame. These help keep balance and fairness throughout the federation, and still ensure everyone gets an opportunity at a title. At every event, there will be a check to see the time limit left on a title run. If the time limit should be running short, and you seem to be failing at a storyline/angle/feud with someone, the officials will ask who you plan to have as a successor. A successor should be planned ahead of time, to give the match a buildup and more realistic outcome. Remember it is a game, but it should be fun and realistic as well.

Overall, a TTL isn’t a restriction on a player holding the title, more of a guideline. You can drop at whatever time you wish within the TTL and a short amount of time after the TTL has passed. If it is determined that a player refuses to choose a successor or becomes inactive—a simple warning will be issued, and should that warning be ignored, the officials may strip the title, and put it up for grabs, or simply choose a champion with a vote.

Should a match have a vote called to it (Public or Official) the player holding a title, must go through with either a title drop, or a retaining of his/her title. Also, a player may call for an official vote to any match they want. Officials will vote and determine a winner based on recent activity, quality of RP’s and a TTL.

AT EVERY MAJOR PPV EVENT -- There WILL be a TTL Check. Judging by players recent activity, quality and frequency or RP's-- the officials will decide whether or not a player should retain, or whether they should give up the title(s) to the challenger. (Hint: If you're a champion, stay active!)

Title TTL’s:

Undisputed World Heavyweight Championship – (4 Months)

The Undisputed Title carries a TTL of 4 months and is the most checked on title. Being that it is the most sought after prize in the business, it is also the most watched title. It must be defended at every event and the player must take an active care in playing the game if they wish to hold this title. A Pre-planned storyline and successor should be taken care of ASAP after winning this prestigious title. This helps keep the game going and the title in circulation, rather than in the hands of the champ who is undecided whom to drop to.

Intercontinental Championship – (3 Months)

The second highest title in the business, the Intercontinental Championship carries a TTL of 3 months. This title can catapult you directly into the heart of the wrestling federation, and can ultimately make you a top competitor for the Undisputed Title! Again, pre-planning should be made, as this title is also highly wanted.

Hardcore Championship – (2 Months)

Certainly this isn’t the greatest title, but it is a great stepping stone. The Hardcore Title carries a TTL of 2 months. Those who win this title are recognized by their fellow champions, and in turn, become recognized throughout the wrestling world. The title also has an added bonus. A 24/7 Defense! This means the Hardcore Champ can simply have matches, whenever, wherever—instead of simply waiting for the next event. This can improve rivalries and feuds, and even introduce new comers. But this also comes with the price of being wanted and vulnerable to attacks on the RPG everyday and night! Not such a bad title to hold after all, huh?

!!Note!! The Hardcore Champion CAN and WILL be pinned anywhere AND everywhere. You cannot take your character and the title somewhere inaccessible to others, i.e: Heaven/Hell. Make it fair for them, and they'll return the favor!

Tag Team Championships – (3 Months)

A GREAT title to start off with. It allows you to hook up with one other person you think may either help your status, or gain a friendship, and catapult you right into the action! Starting off here is a good idea, as it helps you develop your character with multiple other people in matches, as well as with your partner. It can develop future feuds or partnerships.

You’ll have the titles for a few months, (IF you’re good enough to earn them) and over time you’ll become a target, but don’t think of it as a bad thing, in fact it’s even better than anything you could have imagined. It makes you a wanted character after your title reign and starts your singles career or continues it off greatly.

Other Feds WISH they had the power to create a title as prestigious and noteworthy as this one! To hold the Undisputed Title is to be above the rest, and among the most targeted.

3 Million Dollar Salary per Title Defense | TTL – 3 Months

The Intercontinental Championship is the second highest belt in the fed. Holding this belt can only mean you’re THAT much closer to your ultimate goal, of dominating and holding your own over the best in the business.

Just because this isn’t the best title doesn’t by any stretch of the imagination mean it’s the least sought after. By attaining this gold belt, you’ve become a target. Those who hold this belt can only go higher, so don’t give up!

1 Million Dollar Salary per Title Defense | TTL – 2 Months

The Hardcore Title is just as important as the others! Getting a hold of this gold, means you better watch your back! With a 24/7 rule on it, matches can and WILL happen any and everywhere, MAYBE WHILE YOU’RE SLEEPING!

Grabbing this leather and gold laced belt throws the door open to other titles! Don’t moan and groan about having a title like this. It’s a great “stepping stone” and what makes it THAT much better, is you can defend it with whatever weapon you want, let’s just keep the death to a minimum though, okay?

[Note that the 24/7 rule is BACK IN FULL EFFECT!]

[As per order of Candice Fairchild:]
[For the title to change hands, so as to promote feuds/angles, consent is requested of the champion.]

3 Million Dollar Salary per Title Defense | TTL – 3 Months

The DWF Tag Team Titles are newly created and highly sought after. Know that you alone can’t hold the titles yourself, hence the word “Team”. Grab a reliable, trustworthy partner and get a move on, because these titles carry a $3 million dolla title defense! It’s all about the money!

Grab onto these belts, and form an alliance. Stay as a group of two. These belts give you the power to choose, and once you take them, take them as far as you can, because once you do, you’ll have made an impact on people’s radars. Get ready, here they come!
