Oh, and of course, when I saw this when I was waiting forever for my baggage, I saw this to drool for ad for the most bloody expensive steakhouse in Spokane. Yummy indeed, good thing I had eaten Chinese food in Denver.
It also made me wonder if it was cooked too much for your liking Bob. Plenty of red still inside but the outside...>_>
