| At least ten days of school will be missed. They will be out of town ten weekends as of now. Quite of few Thurs tournament games. Lots of money will be spent. |

Not quite sure the meaning of this poster. Tier I takes away a lot from school at any level in st louis. What is your point?
Chasing a dream is very expensive and makes you miss a lot of school. I completely agree.
Two different people on the selects told me it cost 10 grand. Not sure if that included travel for the kids also. |

They are missing twice as much school as AAA Blues. Their trips our usually Sat/Sun. Selects play a lot of Friday games. |

Bottom line, kids miss a lot of school for hockey. Is it worth it? I don't know and kids and parents have to figure it for themselves. The rule in our home is you could miss school because of hockey for two days a year. There were times at even good old MOAM hockey where they expected him to miss more with out of town tourneys. Seems silly, this is just a childrens activity for almost everyone but those that want are free to chase their dreams. | |
