As long as you are keeping the same telephone provider, there shouldn't be a problem..

I say this coz, say if you changed from BT to NTL, and you have a BT ISP account, they have a different dial up number for non-BT users, yeah?

I imagine it could be the same for other providers too..

Best to check the help pages of yer ISP mate.
