By far and away, the John Robb book.
definately the most accurate, and less based on rumours, and more on fact.
The Middles book reads mnore like a bitter Gareth Evans biography than an SR book.
It seems to centre around the bad things, and rumours about bad things, and is less than correct on a number of points.
Both worth reading, and I have them both, but go for John Robb's book first.
It's my first point of reference..
