( I mean, John's said he hasn't spoken to Ian for years, this is quoted on XFM too..??? )
XFM have said John Leckie and Chris Blair are working in Abbey Studios on the remastering of it.
Again, the chap I've just spoke on the phone to said it's the first he's heard of that, and it's likely that it's hype talking.
But that's not concrete..Could be an element of truth in that, but he's not heard it anything about it, and he's kinda instrumental in all of this.

XFM say the compilation is 88-90..Again, apparently not true.
There will be SC stuff on there.
I was told from the off-set that there would be SC content, then XFM say 88-90, and that's all she wrote.
I told said phone call chap what XFM have announced and his reaction was 'What?? Where have they got that from??..No, no. There will be SC era tracks on there too.."
Guess only time will tell.
This sounds like an XFM attack..It's not, I think their site/channe/conent/playlist is top..
Just looks like there's some inconsistencies in their press release.
