**Users attempting to log in more than once in any 30 secs will be locked out for 5 minutes, so watch for the Too Many Users messages, and set your FTP client to try to connect just the once, and not try again for 40 secs.**
Only one log in per IP address.
Try not to email me if you have problems..Only as a last resort.
Try PASV, try without PASV etc..
