I am cutting ties with Onlovestory and therefore feel the need to rid myself of certain relics from the past.
This will be one lot of 6 items
Item #1: The infamous copy of Ian Brown's debut CD, "Unfinished Monkey Business" signed by Ian, "TO BURNWEED DON'T STOP IAN BROWN."
It has been suggested that Ian Brown may have signed this CD without knowing who I was. When you examine Items 2-6 you will see that is patently absurd. I was going to go into a long description of the events on the day Ian signed this CD, but I have done that in an earlier Chapter of OLS, I believe it was 19, 20, or 21 of The New Testament.
ITEM #2:The December 16-29, 1996 edition of The Big Issue with Onelovestory on the entire back cover. This was only in the Wales and North England editions. The Spice Girls are on the front cover. There is also a half page color ad inside the paper for Onelovestory.
ITEM#3:The January 3, 1998 issue of NME with Ian Brown on the cover. Inside is an ad for Onelovestory on the same page as an ad for Ian's debut solo single, My Star. (Although not a part of this auction, the Jan 3, 1998 edition of Melody Maker carries both ads too, also on the same page.)
ITEM #4: The January 10, 1998 issue of NME featuring a Onelovestory ad for "Sally's Back" which uses Ian Brown's name as featured vocalist.
ITEM#5: The January 24, 1998 issue of Melody Maker featuring a bizarre apology from the advertising manager to fans of Onelovestory for messing up the URL in Item#4. This apology also mentions Ian Brown was featured on the record.
ITEM #6: An autographed copy of Burnweed's solo record, "Masterpeace (...the zen of lo-fi)" featuring the track "Sally's Back" with Ian Brown on vocals taken from an interview record.
Descriptions of the items as well as scans can be viewed at

As the items above prove, I ran a 5 week ad campaign along side Ian's ad campaign for "My Star" and our ads even appeared on the same pages of NME and Melody Maker. My ads listed Ian Brown as featured vocalist. He never complained or asked me to stop, in fact he said and wrote to me, "Don't Stop." Not just DONT STOP, but "To Burnweed, Don't Stop."
Today Ian Brown's official web site censored my post which was brief and included a link to
http://www.schizofunaddict.com and Onelovestory 2002 while leaving vicious, abusive profanity about me at the site.
I think I understand why they did this. Without doubt I believe you are going to see a Stone Roses come back this Summer and the NME and all the rags are going to jump on the OLS train, they just won't call it Onelovestory nor will they admit I ever existed. I thought the Roses had designed the hoax to destroy the power of the press. But from the way Ian Brown is acting, tipping the NME to "Cryptic hidden messages" and censoring me from their site, it becomes clear that I am persona non grata with Ian Brown now that my usefulness has been exhausted.
A post at Hobbits forum indicates that for the first time in 7 years all of the Roses are together in one interview for the May issue of MOJO Mag. I dont know if this is a wind up, but I cannot help but think of "Ride On" and the lyric
"The May issue, I don't want to miss you."
I feel like an ass. It's one thing to get **** on by your enemies, but coming from Ian Brown, this really hurts. But **** it. I never liked his solo **** anyway and I believe in my music more than I ever did in his.
