My first time in Manchester, WHAT A CITY! Absolutely fantastic, me and my girlfriend have decided we're moving there one day!

Ian was superb, once the technical probs were sorted, Gravy Train was my highlight, Ian sounded really good throughout, set was cut tho due to the technical probs.

I thought Shed Seven were really good too, which surprised me, rick witter was real entertaining and theyve got some top tunes they have!

Weller was excellent too, but if anything TOO professional, you know exactly what ya getting, theres no element of surprise.

So all in all, a SUPERB time was had, Ian was magic and the people of manchester, best in the world !!

Shoulda met up mate..Dint know you were goin.


Met Paul Weller in the dressing rooms too.

good bill of music, i think everybody seemed to enjoy it?. good to hear strummer play a couple of clash tunes, brown on form after the tech probs, thought weller was superb..........
i wonder if itwill happen nextyear, get the feelin ticket sales were well below what they were expectin,my mate said bowie crowd was a bit sparse.
