I recognised it right away as soon as I heard Mek's Cokane..
The beginning bit of Mek's is actually from the end of the track AFTER the Dillinger bit, and just before Ian begins Corpses, from the Rock Am Ring set in Nuremburg, Germany (2002-05-19).

Ian attempts to get a rise out of the crowd who are sparse and very uninterested, causing Ian to be more, well, tickled than irritated..!

Yeah, I have the gig on Video and VCD compliant MPEG.
A good friend of mine who likes to remain kinda anon sent me the video from Germany when WDR aired it in August ( I think ).
He's since capped it to VCD and uploaded it to the server.
I converted that clip to WMV with Windows Media Encoder..
Yeah, it is good quality isn't it?
Pleased with the compression on that.
623 MB for 20 secs isn't bad.
