whats the difference between the Limited edition and the normal version of remix of the spheres?

As far as I'm aware, there were no limited editions made of ROTS.

There was a 'special edition' of MOTS, in that it had one extra track that the European ones didn't.
Hear No See No I think it was.

Amazon make many mistakes mate, but I'm interested to know what you get.
