any one know what make they were???

I have a feeling they are Ludwig-my mate wants to know coz he likes the tone of em

mix between ludwig and gretsch im pretty sure. had a sonar snare too.

bass drum and floor tom were a ludwig from the same kit apparently. The snare drum was a Sonor Bubinja signature series 14"x8" (I have just bought one!) Its a belter.

£400. I reckon its about 16 years old. I had a pearl masters snare before and thought that was the dogs untill I got the Sonor....now that IS the dogs.

If you visit a site called sonormuseum.com I have seen a couple for sale there in the classifides (It is a european site. You will see cataloges from back in the day on there too). The bubinja is very rare and expensive but I am sure you wont regret your purchase.

hope i can find one somewhere!

ive got a yamaha birch custom and a metal gretsch round badge snare from the 60's and they have a great sound!!
