Peace at any cost is a Prelude to War!

OUR LAST INDEPENDENCE DAY
The Fourth of July is special this year. It may be our last
celebration
of
Independence. Marx would have been greatly pleased.
In the Communist Manifesto, Marx warned the non-Communist
world: "In one
word you reproach us with intending to do away with your
property.
Precisely so; that is just what we intend." When the history
and demise
of
rural American are written thirty years from now, historians
will cite two
Acts of Congress that drove the final nails into our coffins
-- the
Endangered Species Act and the Conservation And Reinvestment
Act.
The legendary abuses of the Endangered Species Act are aimed
squarely at
the
heart of rural property ownership, not at saving species. The
Conservation
And Reinvestment Act now in the final stages of Congressional
approval
would
provide $45 Billion and condemnation authority for forced
buy-out of rural
property owners.
Patriots and America's military fought Communism, Fascism and
Socialism to
keep American free. No enemy dares attack us through direct
military
force.
But military force is not necessary if an enemy can
infiltrate and take
over our government and society through lies and through our
own greed.
An
enemy need not risk retaliation by invading America with
armies if
politicians can be found who will sell out America for
campaign
contributions. An enemy wishing to destroy America need not
pursue a
frontal attack on private ownership of property which is the
foundation
of
our Constitutional government if property rights can be
stolen, eroded and
regulated away in the name of "environmental protection."
"The price of freedom is eternal vigilance" means that we must
be alert
against attacks on our freedom -- eternally. When we let our
guard down
opportunists move in to destroy our Constitutional government.
The war to
preserve freedom can never be won, because with each new
generation come
new
recruits attracted to Socialism, who have known personal
freedom their
entire short lives, and thus regard freedom with little value.
But the
war
to preserve freedom can be lost at any time, permanently. Our
American
Constitutional government is the only true example of its
kind, the
"Endangered Species" of world governments. In a contest
between
extinction
of "endangered species" of living creatures and extinction of
our
Constitutional government, our Constitutional must -- must --
win. A
creature lost to extinction is replaced by another creature
filling the
vacant space. Our Constitutional government is unique and
would be
replaced, not with another form of government guaranteeing the
freedoms
and
opportunities we now enjoy, but with dictatorship and misery.
"Power
corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely."
The Conservation And Reinvestment Act is deliberately built of
cleverly
camouflaged lies pretending to protect private property
against
condemnation
and forced sale to the government or to a land trust. When
the text is
carefully read and analysed, the supposed protection vanishes.
The
Conservation And Reinvestment Act, Senate Bill S-25, and the
rewritten and
expanded versions, S-2123 and S-2128, may be the most
skilfully crafted
"Big Lie" legislation in America's history.
The Conservation And Reinvestment Act, S-25, and the revised
versions
S-2123
and S-2181, are scheduled to come up for vote in the Senate
Energy And
Natural Resources Committee within a few days. President
Clinton promised
to sign the legislation immediately upon passage by Congress.
This
legislation would fund and greatly accelerate Clinton's
illegal and
unconstitutional imposition of the United Nations Agenda 21
international
land control program in America.
There is not enough time left for mail to reach Congress
before the
Committee votes, but send a letter anyway after you telephone
your
Senators.
Demand that S-25, S-2123, S-2128 and all similar pork-barrel
land-grab
legislation be stopped immediately and permanently. Demand
that field
hearings be held in each State to expose the legislation's
details to
citizens who will be affected. Ask your Senators for copies
of S-25,
S-2123, and S-2128 and take time to study and understand these
bills when
they arrive. The Capitol Switchboard number is (202)
224-3121. Call
your
Senators at least once a day for the next several weeks to
voice your
opposition to the land-grab bills. Ask everyone you know to
call also.
Free voice mail is available 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, to send a
message to your elected officials in Congress:
1-800-648-3516. To call
the
Senate toll-free dial 1-888-449-3511.
Americans are perilously close to losing their freedom, land,
personal
possessions, opportunities and Constitutional government.
July 4th is
perilously close to becoming an observance of a quaint old
custom called
freedom which Americans once cherished but no longer possess
or
understand.
It hasn't happened yet. But it is very, very close.
America will reach a decision point when the Conservation And
Reinvestment
Act bills, S=25, S-2123, and S-2181, come up for vote
scheduled June 27 -
28
in the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. If
passed by the
Committee the bill will go before the full Senate for
approval, probably
in
July, and if passed by Congress will go to President Clinton
for signature
and become law of the land.
Don't let it happen.

A vote for Bush or Gore is a vote to continue Clinton policies!
A vote for Buchanan is a vote to continue America!
Therefore a vote for Gore or Bush is a wasted vote for America!
Don't waste your vote! Vote for Patrick Buchanan!
Today, candor compels us to admit that our vaunted two-party
system is a
snare and a delusion, a fraud upon the nation. Our two parties
have become
nothing but two wings of the same bird of prey...
