Hi, I just wanted to say that I'm sooo glad I found this site! I found it a few days ago when doing a search on yahoo answers about natural ways to increase breast size, someone left the link to this site in an answer and I checked it out, so glad I did! I've been taking a TON of notes since! I added my account today and have started to do massage just to get used to it, then this week I'm gonna hit the stores to start buying what I plan on using.
I haven't actually made my plan yet but I pretty much think I know what I am going to try. I have learned alot on here already but I have to tell you I'm 30 years old and I usually sleep with a bra because after having children the girls are a little life less and I thought it would help, but now I know that it can cause blockages! which I believe I actually have!
Anyhow, looking forward to getting started and seeing where this goes so that I too can spread the word!! :)

Carmen, I also have been sleeping in my bra since forever! And now at 26 feel that I probably shouldnt do that anymore because I too feel that it has blocked something (as in growth!) I am starting this week too! Im usually in the natural breast enchancement forum. See you there!
just wanted to say thanks and good luck to you too! I started massage and a few other things a little over a week ago, also sleeping without the bra which is SO much more comfortable! I noticed that alot of the blockages that I had have eased up, I am happy thus far, good luck to you again!
