hi. i'm 15 1/2, and like most teenagers i'm concerned with my breasts. my areolas are 2 inches across, but i'm only an A36. i'm overweight, but i've had these same breasts ever since i was 9. they never grew after i turned 9. my breasts do sag, but it's like a natural sag. can anyone help me????

forgot to add some info. i got my period when i was 12 1/2, so i've had it for 3 years, and no growth. my mom right now is a 36C and 40 years old, and that makes me wonder if i'll get that big at that age. my younger sister is 11, but is developing her breasts normally. so do i have a hormonal imbalance?
