Ideas

Morning all,
I was talking to Mo the other day and we were talking about the coming winter months and what we are going to do so that we are not sitting stagnant, so that we are keeping in touch and busy.
I feel that maybe we can get some fundraising ideas, indoor things so that we an just build up the account for the club/registry.

I was thinking about something. Maybe we could find a place that we could so a get together/fundraiser.
What about a potluck, or BBQ (carport or big open garage), and a raffle like we have done in the past, just a larger one. Maybe people can donate items. Maybe we could open this up to all bully breed owners just like the shows. We can make fliers and post them everywhere. Maybe,(I know I have a lot of maybes but I just have ideas moving in my head and not sure what are good ones and what are not), we can charge "per plate". What about a cake and or brownie bake? And raffle them off? Possibly home made dog items like biscuits/treats/beds/harnesses/leashes and collars? If we had the funds we could rent a building or maybe someone has a large yard and we can use our coverings that we use at the shows to ensure if it rains we have coverage?
Just an idea. all proceeds going to the wcbba/wcbbc.

What about a pull or tread event like other people do? I think that a tread event would be better at this time for a few different reasons.

Anyways there are a few different ideas. Anyone think these might be good ideas? Anyone have any others?
