Origin

It is rather funny, the oriin of the French Bulldog that is. There are gaps in parts of the origin of this little bag of fire. But what I have noticed that appears in all of the stories is England. And that they were a mini version of the English bulldog, but when the french breeders started hving them imported from Great Britain and bred them with french terriers.
Then you get your "French Bulldog."
So eventually the Frnchie goes back to England and they get pissy about the name "French Bulldog" because the bulldog was originally an english breed. . Plus the Bulldog was a traditional symbol of English culture.

So I was thinking French as well but then with reading quite a few similar stories along this line I just decided that I am going for unique. When you look at him you are like yup thats it, one that captures his personality and is just a cool ass name for the little man.

I kinda dig the one that you mentioned, I am just still looking and waiting for some more good ideas.
