May Meeting Minutes:

This Months Meeting Started out with going over the nominated parties for the club chair positions. All club members in attendance, and via telephone and internet voted and we have elected the following members listed as the new Club Chair. The Term for these Positions are to be 1 Year from the month of the starting point and if all in favor all parties will automatically re elect (no voting) and remain 1 year following To serve a total of a 2 year term.

Melissa Stevens- Club President
Joe Stevens- Club Vice President
Amy Dowing - Club Secretary / Treasurer
Richelle Irving/Charlene Thornton- Club event Coordinator's : To include Special Events/ Fund Raisers and Normal Monthly Events:
Misty Duey - Administrative Assistant to The Club Chair

Fundraisers: It is that time of year and so we need to move forward with getting our fundraising events set into place. This year we will plan to do 1 car wash between June, July and August. We will be picking monthly extra Fun Classes in the months of June through October to help with additional club funds. Such as the Dog bobbing, Best Trick, Best balancer, best couch potato, ect. We will offer 2 extra fun events and 100% of those funds will go straight to the club.

The club has also elected to try out the idea of asking a Door Entry Fee of $ 2.00 per adult. Anyone over the age of 18 years of age. All children with adults under the age of 18 are free admission. This will start in June 08.

We will be starting in June 08 to hold monthly concessions stands during the show. These items will consist of Pre-made goods and beverages. We also plan to have many baked goods, and other goodies available for both humans and dogs.

Vendors: We will start having a vendor fee for vendors to come to our events. Any food, nutritional, treat , or human goods to be set a rate to be determined at the June Club Meeting.
All non- profit animal rescue or rehoming organizations will always be at no charge.
All merchandise or goods to be sold vendors ( such as toys, equipment ect. To be set at a flat monthly/yearly rate to be determined at the June Club Meeting.

Community Breakfast: WCBBC will be holding a Community Pancake Breakfast this summer as a fundraiser. All Please Stay Tuned for More info.

1st Annual Cookoff. WCBBC 1st annual BBQ Cookoff TBA- We will do a community cookoff contest. We will have prizes and entry fees all proceeds will go to the WCBBC less 10% will go to a charitable entity. We will be doing a rib, steak, chicken, homemade goods, beans, and dessert. This will be a great event.

Show Events: Lineup To be posted Monthly: New Show Lineup to come Stay Tuned.

New Events: Give us your ideas for fun events. We would like to offer many other types of events. with your help we can offer events for all bully breeds to enter in.

Breed Specific events: Fly ball, Frisbee Toss, Agility, Dock Diving... These are all great events, do you have an idea for a doggy event. Let us know and it just might be the next best thing for dogs.

Events: we have several events planned with other groups and entity's. WCBBC will start posting a monthly calender of events available.

Other breeds of dogs: Who would like to offer all breed events ? WCBBC is a Bully breed based Dog Group. During the Summer Months we may hold fun shows at other club/associations. WCBBC will always allow and offer our Fun Events to be ALL BREEDS WELCOME. No Registration Required.
