The Humane Society for Southwest Washington and Pacific Northwest Pit Bull Rescue have teamed up to help combat the overpopulation of Bully Breeds in Clark and Skamania counties in Washington State. With the support of the Animal Farm Foundation, low-cost spay and neuter options are now available for those who qualify. Program only applies to Bully Breeds which include: American Bulldogs, American Pit Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, The American Bully, American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
Program Costs
$74.50 Female Spay - Includes License and Rabies Vaccination
$64.50 Male Neuter - Includes License and Rabies Vaccination
*Complimentary ear cleaning and nail trim are optional.
Optional Low-Cost Procedures
$10.00 - Frontline Flea Treatment
$25.00 - Microchip
Qualifications
Must be a resident of Clark or Skamania County, Washington.
Guardian/Owner must meet the criteria for low-income household per Washington State law RCW.
Guardian/Owner must be over the age of 18 or have parental consent.
Dog must be identifiable as a Bully Breed or Bully Breed mix.
Dog must be licensed in either Clark or Skamania County and must have proof of current rabies vaccination (vaccination and licensing may be done at the time of surgery for a reduced cost).
Dog must have proof of current vaccinations. For low-cost vaccination information, please call the Humane Society at 360.693.4746.

Those interested in the program should fill out the Bully S-N-I-P application form and contact the Humane Society at 360.693.4746 X 205 for an appointment.
