Dear Family and Friends,
Damien (my dog) and I recently accepted the challenge to raise funds to support the 21st Annual Doggie Dash on behalf of the Oregon Humane Society. The Doggie Dash takes place May 10 (only a few days left) at Waterfront Park, but I'm trying to help Oregon Humane Society long before then.
They need our help to find homes for 10,000 abandoned and abused animals in 2008. I'm participating in the Dash because caring for animals is so important to me. I hope you feel the same way.
I'm asking you to make a donation in my name to help this good cause. Whatever you can give will help - it all adds up and will go a long way toward the care, feeding and shelter of thousands of needy animals. It is also a tax deduction for you!
Please click on the secure link at the bottom of this email and you will go to my personal Web page, where you can make your contribution on-line. If you don't feel comfortable doing that you can always mail me a check before the 21st of May made payable to "Oregon Humane Society".
Thanks again for your support! I'll keep you posted on my progress.
Life is short! Brake the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably and never regret something that once made you smile.
