As we know, the baits will be deleted on June 23. So we need to save all of our past baits before then. So far, I have saved May, April, March and February of 2008 on blogs. If we can get volunteers to save more months, the process will go much faster. Here's what we've got:

If you'd like to volunteer, just a few things to remember:

-We want it in alphabetical order, so when you post, post the last bait in the lineup first and work your way up.

-Some of the baits are posted last in the lineup, even though they are not alphabetically because they were submitted late. Just be aware of that.

-Always count how many baits you've posted with how many baits there were in the original format to make sure you've got each and every one.

-Keep the same template, title & URL (adjusted for the month you're doing, of course) and format as all of the other ones.

It only takes about ten minutes to save an entire month. If everyone did just one month, we would have barely any work to do. Thanks!

I think the most important thing to do right now is save, because a. the baits WILL be deleted in 11 days, and b. the other things for the site can be done after it's dropped from The Awards Circuit. We all need to make the decisions for the site as a group, so we should schedule a chat or something for that.

As for the saving, would you be able to save May and April 2007? Remember to use the EXACT same format as the others, for consistency. Thanks so much.
