1. You can only submit ONE bait. (So choose wisely)
2. Once your bait has been submitted to the festival it may not go under any major changes
MAJOR INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: Casting/Crew Changes & Key Plot Point Changes
OK CHANGES: Spelling/Grammer, Tagline, & Awards Campaign
3. Please do not send posters to me, they will not be included.
4. Please make sure your bait is formatted correctly.
5. I would prefer if they were sent in the body of email, but they can send it as MS document, word document etc. as long as it is readable.

Ok if you want to be a PANELIST here are the rules...
1. You may submit your bait to the contest, and you can vote for your own bait IN ONE CATEGORY.
2. There bait must follow all of the previous rules posted (the 1-6 rules up above)
3. Please try your best and follow the time line, and turn in your reviews and nods on time. If you will not be able to turn them in please let me know.
4) Reviews that are submitted for a bait must at least be two sentences long, explaining why you liked or disliked a particular bait.
5) In order to be a panelist, you must have at least been in the contest for three months.

I still didn't get it, I hope it's not my email messing up.
