- You must send all ballots to jerkwod_djh@yahoo.com
- You must have a name and confirmed ID or you will not be counted
- You can only send one ballot
- Do not include winners
- All ballots must be completed fully and should have correct bait placement in terms of category (If you are not sure if a bait is a certain genre, don't hesitate to ask the author or check the Bait Genre thread).
- Anyone who posts a ballot on the thread will not be counted in the either nomination or final votes
- You can vote for yourself twice, but not in the Best Picture categorites. If do, your bait will be discounted.
- You must be in this month's competition or have had at least have competed in one month before.
- Once you submit your ballot, you must sign your name and list your bait in the competition (or a bait you have done if you are not competing this month). This is in the style we've done before. Ex:
1. Zgamer (Name of bait for this month's competition)
2. John ("")

November 15-20 (till 6pm) - Ballot Submission Period
November 20-24 (till 6pm) - Nominees / Winner Ballots Submitted
November 25 - Winners Announced
