When it fell off, it startled her. It was lost inside her, and she had to remove it with her own fingers. There was no blood, which was unthinkable to her, since usually blood comes out of things that are severed. All he could do was cry. The thought of no more sex just upset him. And it was all the more confusing that it just came off, almost unnoticed. And she would hold it in her fingers and she too would cry. What could have caused this?

Mitch would stare at it in the bathroom mirror. He was obsessed with his manhood, even if it was short of being average. He loved it more than anything, and walking out of the bathroom, he would have sex with his wife on the kitchen counter before heading off to work. She would then clean up before driving into town for her daily errands.
Rachel loved her husband. He succeeded in making her happy in all departments necessary in a marriage. The only thing that bothers Rachel is her ability to have children. She has been pregnant twice by Mitch, but on both occasions, gave herself a self-inflicted abortion by falling down the stairs. She becomes angry over the thought of a kid, afraid it will ruin her marriage and her self-freedom.
Mitch, working as an assistant for a large business company, stays at his job, working hardest on getting an upper hand in the company's food chain. He's having sex with the boss' daughter, and the secretary - using his talent to get to the top. When he comes home that night, Rachel is all ready to make love. They go to the bedroom and begin... and they enjoy it. But then something breaks loose. And they stop.
His penis had fallen off. And she would pull it out of her vagina an hold it up for both to see. He was crying, touching his crotch which only consisted now of two testicles. Where is penis was, is now only skin. They both would cry, she would ask if he's okay. I don't feel any pain, he tells her. And the two would both run to the bathroom to study it. Both stayed up the rest of the night, until Mitch leaves for work.
Mitch would call from work to ask him whether or not it was okay. Rachel would say she threw it away, insisting it would be better for both of them. Mitch would get aggravated, trying to figure out what has happened and what needs to be done. And when the secretary meets in the janitor's closet wanting to suck him off, it causes problems as Mitch tries to keep his pants on, as she begins to build up rage. As he leaves work that night, the secretary would tell the boss of how Mitch was sleeping with his daughter.
While Mitch is at work that day, Rachel is at home, using Mitch's dismembered limb to pleasure herself in the bathroom before hiding it away in a shoe box in the closet. When he comes home, he beats on her. Where's my dick? he screams. And she constantly repeats she threw it away. When he holds up a knife from the kitchen to her throat she still tell him of disposing it. But then he rips off her shirt, and holds the knife under her breast. Want to feel my pain? She screams out it where it was hidden. And while he would run and get it, she would put on another shirt.
He would strip, and grab needle and thread. Sew it back on, he tells her. And she refuses. He once again rips off her shirt and holds the knife under her breast, violently threatening her of the many things he could do to her. She tells him she will do it. He sits on the bed, she on the floor, and she begins to sew it back on. He howls in pain and there is blood everywhere. She watches as she herself destroys the penis and hates that she is drawing so much blood from it. She grabs the knife on the bed and stabs Mitch in the throat, multiple times. Then, using the blade to cut the thread to take the penis back.
Running out into the garage with the penis, she starts the car and leaves. Sitting the penis down in the passenger seat, she speaks to it as she drives as far away as she can. When she reaches outside the state and out in the middle of the desert, she runs out of gas. Pulling the car over, she pulls off her pants and begins to use the penis. But she gets no pleasure. She is still shirtless, and she cries, and she sits the penis back down on the seat. Grabbing the knife, she slices off her breasts and places them next to the penis. I'm like you now honey.
And she would then use the knife...
What the Press Would Say:
Lars von Trier can easily be laughed at. But on a deeper scale, it is a film that will seriously disturb you, and make you rethink aspects of sexuality and obsession of it.
THIS PIECE OF CRAP IS SHELVED!!!!!!

Tagline: "Election '08. What A Year."
Synopsis: In a year of high profile celebrity meltdowns, politics played a huge role in the entertainment media.
Two of the players in this game, charismatic Democrat Barack Obama (Smith), and physically challenged Republician,
John McCain (Dreyfuss), were the ones running for the lead seat of the U.S. to become our next president. With
assitance from their wives, Michelle (Givens) and Cindy (McCarthy), and running mates, Governor Palin (Fey), a camera hogging
and confident hockey mom, and Biden (Stratharin), an outspoken dude, both duked it out in many debates, campaign ads, and backstage backstabbing. "W." director Oliver Stone takes an indepth look at the election that changed history and the lives of millions forever. Oh it also stars Emma Thompson as the ill winning Hilary Clinton. Check it out.
Press Section: What it year it was for politics. People actually started to care about them! In the newest film "Obama/McCain" Stone does what he does best. You know with the political commmentary on our society. Smith, Fey, and pretty much the entire cast should get Oscar consideration because they're big stars playing interesting characters who everyone knows. "McCain/Obama" isn't as bad as "W." but its pretty close. A definite rental.
