If Marisa Tomei doesn't get a Best Supporting Actress nod for her role in "The Wrestler", there is not justice. I just watched the film and I was blown away. Tomei's portrayal of Cassidy is achingly beautiful. I really enjoyed the parallel between Rourke's character and that of Tomei's--both have spent their lives on the stage using their bodies as a weapon. They are at the end of the line wondering how much longer they can continue to do this. Davis, Adams, Cruz, Henson and Winslet are all extremely deserving, however, Tomei's performance was so raw. Give her a nomination !!!
