I also think that battlestar will FINALLY make the best drama list (although it should have made it the last four years i think). I also think that Mad Men will get a slew of nominations and hopefully Hamm can pick up a deserved Best Actor win! As for battlestar tho, I think that James Callis (Baltar) has a better shot than Bamber (Lee) for a nom. Callis has a much flashier character, and he deserves a nomination as much as Bamber does if no more.

Let's not forget about Eastbound & Down. Danny McBride needs to be nominated. Two and Half Men needs to go away.

As for Drama, it has to be all about 24 & Damages.

Poehler should win an Emmy solely for her Palin rap at nine months pregnant --"shoot a mother-humpin' moose eight days of the week..."

I'm really pulling for The United States of Tara. I think it could be this years breakout comedy. I think Toni Collette is a shoe-in for lead actress. I also think Rosemarie Dewitt has a decent shot at supp. actress. And i know this is a long shot but i love keir gilchrist's work on the show & though I know he won't get a nom I'd like to see his name on the shortlist.

I think Toni Collette could sweep Awards Season this year. Tina Fey has had two good seasons and now I think its Collette's turn. She is absolutely hilarious on Tara. As for Dewitt the supporting race is pretty hard to get into. (Its normally where all the favorites return year after year, Jean Smart and Holland Taylor specifically.) But she is great on the show also!

I refused to watch grey's anatomy because of the whole heigl doin a ghost plotline but my girlfriend forced me to watch last nights episode today & Chandra Wilson has a decent shot at a nom. Her performance last night with a terminally ill child was amazing. This should def. be her submit. My girlfriend said she's been good throughout the whole season and she has been nominated for the last 3 years. I've always liked her.
