Both were exellent!   I really hope both get nominated for Emmy's.   Barrymore shocked me at how great she captured the role of Little Edie.   I just really hope they push Lange supporting so Barrymore has a better shot at winning!

I agree! Loved the movie but I'm torn about Barrymore winning. I loved her performance but also really loved Sigourney Weaver's in Prayers for Bobby. Both were great & either one would be a worthy win.

I agree Logan, I am really torn between her and Weaver. I would be happy if either won. The other performance to watch out for this year is Julie Walters in "A Short Stay in Switzerland." Its an emotionally raw performance and Walters is stunning in it. I think the whole film is on Youtube so if you have a chance to watch it, I reccomend it. Either way, its going to be an incredibly strong year for lead females. But I think Barrymore has the edge with HBO behind her.
