William Bancroft was my Great-Grandfather. He married
Emma Thompson.My G-G-Grandfather was Cornelous and my G-G-G-Grandfather was Neley. Neley was one of the first settlers in Lenawee County-Rome Township. My G-G-G-G-Grandfather was Capt. Joseph Bancroft (Rev. War) Mass. and his father was Moses Bancroft. My Grandmother was Fern Eletha Bancroft (twin to Forest) and my mother was Mary Marie Jamieson.
