I am trying to find more about Robert Bancroft, who was born around 1778 in the Sheffield area, I think.
He married a Hannah [surname not known] and they had at least 4 children who were all born in the Bradfield area of Sheffield.
The children were John b1811,Joseph b1813, Henry b1825 & Charles b1829.
As far as I know, they were all employed within the cutlery industry.
