hello, I receive the monthly newsletter and think that you folks are a big help to spread spanish culture.
I was in majorca some years ago and tried sangria for the first time. it was a mild wine, more than a strong wine flavor, like mainland Spain. which of the sangria recipes represent palma's sangria the closest? i'm trying to share the experience with my family. thanks!
