As for your question, the answer is YES... I'm starting a new series on Spanish Regional cuisine, and it will be published in the following months. The plan is, actually, dedicate one month to every spanish region. If everything goes as planned, Canary Gastronomy should appear on January 2007, so stay tuned, and be a little patient, please!!!
