Jason, The Outlaw Josey Wales is also my favorite. A number of great lines in it but my favorite exchange has to be when the bounty hunter walks into the saloon looking for Josey.

Bounty Hunter: You're wanted Wales

Josey: I reckon I'm right popular. You a bounty hunter boy?

Bounty Hunter: A man's got to do something for a livin these days.

Josey: Dyin ain't much of a living!

That dialogue and when he spits his tobacco juice on the carpetbaggers lapel and asks how his magic elixir works with stains are couple of real classics in my mind.
