Today, two things caught my eye on in the NFL...Plexiglass Burress was released from his home for the last 22 months or so...ball cap mean he's looking to join you-know-who in Philadelphia?...Burress and Con-Vick in Philly?...oh please say it's so...any comments from the G-Men loyalists on UIC?...

And now the "other" item...guess who's joining the CBS crew this year in the booth...

Personal life aside Marv can call a game-whether its the NBA or football. He still has it behind the microphone.

Gus Johnson who he replaced is too much of a yeller and a screamer.Chuckie needs to get back to the sidelines yelling at refs and his own players-that's what he does best and he was a pretty good coach IMO.In the TV booth-not so good.

Plaxico was running out of gas at the end of his last season at 32.Not sure the two years away is gonna help him like it did Vick who still had some juice left.Missing out on OTA's and whatever else gets chopped out of this offseason isn't helping him either.

So far, I see that the Browns and Dolphins say they have zero interest in Burress. That leaves 30 teams and I think one will step in and sign him to some kind of incentive laden deal.

Vick, in an attempt to pay off some of the creditors he owes, has a book that has hit the shelves....
