I agree with you RugerLady, I can't find the problem with registering guns. If the government wants to confiscate all guns, nothing can stop them. They can go house to house and search (like the Israeli's did). What resistance will you put up to stop them when the Bradley Fighting Vehicle is in your driveway, the M1 Tank is in the street behind it, and the Apache helicopter is hovering behind your neighbor's roof. Sorry, I can't make sense of the argument against registration because of potential confiscation. If the government with the backing of the military are determined to disarm the population, blowing up your house because you are inside taking pot shots at them will not slow them down.
