More cleaning questions...

I was wondering what is the best way to clean the mags.

Also, how do you get rid of the black powder residue around the end of the muzzle. I used Outers solvent and break cleaner and I can't get the rest of it off. Is this something I have to live with? Or is there some way to get it off?
