Slab side V-comp screw

Greetings all.

I have a slab side v-comp on my 8" 22/45. The mounting screw keeps coming loose after 10-15 round fired. I use blue loc-tite on the screw but it keeps loosening. Should I use red loc-tite instead? Or is there a trick i'm not trying?
