Accuracy among both models is identical. The difference that I have noticed is that my 22/45 has to be kept VERY clean to function as reliably as my standard grip-frame models. I've fired MkII's for over 20 years and never had a single malfunction--but my 22/45 has had minor reliability problems after extended shooting sessions because of build-up.
