Those are wood laminate grips with the fingers, thumb support, a palm support and a middle finger support on the right side. I came across them at a gun show and they fit my hand almost perfectly. I've never seen them on the web or in a store. They cost about 60 bucks as I recall since the guy wouldn't bargain on them.
