I'm a long time shooter who wants to put a red dot on my 22/45, but I'm no kind of gunsmith or tinkerer. What would you recommend I buy and where would you recommend I buy it? Is there any way to avoid drilling and tapping? I've got no experience with red dots at all, so feel free to be as remedial as you like, I won't take offense!
PS I've learned an awful lot lurking on this site, thanks for all the info you all post. I'll try to be a more productive member.
